WAX was recently rewarded with two shiny little trophies at the Marketing Awards, Canada’s most coveted advertising awards show. In the POP category, WAX took home a Gold for its Meals To Go poster – promoting the Calgary Farmer’s Market. In the same category, WAX also took home a Bronze for its Calgary Harley Davidson poster campaign – promoting the arrival of the 2008 Nightster. WAX didn’t take home a Silver, because quite frankly, a Silver is like the Jan Brady of awards, and well, we’d rather be Marcia or Cindy. At least that’s what we keep telling ourselves.

What’s better than an accolade for WAX? Why an accolade for one of our clients, of course. Recently, Alberta Venture magazine named Jordan Singer – President of the Henry Singer Fashion Group – as Marketer of the Year. Since 2002, WAX has not only had a collaborative relationship with the Singer brand, but also, a great working relationship with Jordan. No wonder we’re just as fashionable, thrilled and excited as he is. Just kidding about the fashionable part.
